Kachina Mountain Lodge is in the planning phase. Evolving out of the timeless euro-alpine traditions first introduced to TSV by the owners of the Bavarian Inn, the Mountain Lodge project will add another key mixed-use component of TSV’s unique pedestrian oriented euro-alpine wilderness village experience, located at the top of Taos Ski Valley high up in the mountains above historic Taos in northern New Mexico. www.KachinaMountainLodge.com

Designed as a winter ski residence, the home is situated at the top of Taos Ski Valley, New Mexico, in the wilderness village of Kachina.

The design offers a unique passive solar design along with environmentally conscious building technology & construction appropriate for the wilderness location. Expansive glass for passive solar gain provides breathtaking expansive mountain views.

An exciting new urbanist village on Santa Fe’s prestigious northwest side, Aldea de Santa Fe is destined to become a harmonious community where people can live, work, shop, socialize and play.

Currently completed are 5 unique Live/Work Lofts, framing the westside of Aldea’s plaza on lots 74-78.

Each Live/Work Loft includes top floor residential space above the plaza and alley level commercial spaces below.

The Aldea Plaza is the meeting place for residents and is also conveniently located to many other homes in the nearby neighborhoods that are vibrant and growing communities with extremely high retail expenditure patterns.

While the commercial village is still under development, the residential neighborhoods are complete. The master planning is complete and awaiting a grocery store & upscale restaurant to meet the needs of the surrounding communities.

Comet Studios designed the 7478 Live/Work Loft Project and created the preliminary plans for the Live/Work Lofts around the Aldea Plaza.
